Our design is simple, efficient and very cost-effective to the end-user. Unlike other manufacturers, Tactical, Inc. intentionally designs our cots to be low-maintenance. Because we believe that simple is often better. The only required daily maintenance is cleaning all upper and lower slides. The only mandatory maintenance is ensuring that all the fasteners are periodically checked and tightened then contacting us when you have any issue or concern. It's a fact that complex designs lead to high maintenance costs that unnecessarily siphon-off funds better spent elsewhere in your organization. We promote EMS and Fire and what they do. So, we never want to do something that will diminish your fixed funding base. That's why our designs are simple and efficient. Not complicated and high-maintenance. Most departments routinely accomplish required parts replacement and up-grades in-house themselves. This allows 24-7 on-site problem solving. After the 2-year parts warranty you can purchase replacement parts at a very reasonable price structure. Indeed, we offer repair and maintenance assistance, custom maintenance programs, and training of your designated maintenance personnel. And we're available by phone for any questions or help you may need. Simple! Fast! Efficient!

Maintenance Choices

You may choose to have Tactical,Inc. arrange to maintain your PT750 or you may choose to select someone from your staff to receive maintenance training from Tactical,Inc. Having someone from your staff maintain and service your PT750 often times allows instant service and troubleshooting.
