Our design is simple, efficient and very cost-effective to the end-user. Unlike other manufacturers, Tactical, Inc. intentionally designs our cots to be low-maintenance. Because we believe that simple is often better. There is no mandatory maintenance beyond ensuring that all the fasteners are periodically tightened and contacting us when you have any issue or concern. It's a fact that complex designs lead to high maintenance costs that unnecessarily siphon-off funds better spent elsewhere in your organization. We promote EMS and Fire and what they do. So we never want to do something that will diminish your fixed funding base. That's why our designs are simple and efficient. Not complicated and high-maintenance. Should a repair be necessary after the 2-year parts warranty and you cannot find the part off-the-shelf, we have a very reasonable price structure for replacement parts. We always keep a sufficient parts inventory on-hand for next day delivery. Indeed, we offer maintenance assistance, custom programs, and in-house training of your designated maintenance personnel. And of course, we're available by phone for any questions or help you may need. Simple! Fast! Efficient!

Maintenance Choices

You may choose to have Tactical,Inc. arrange to maintain your PT750 or you may choose to select someone from your staff to receive maintenance training from Tactical,Inc. Having someone from your staff maintain and service your PT750 often times allows instant service and troubleshooting. Remember, the PT750 is a simple design where many of the components are off-the-shelf. Please contact us for more on in-house maintenance training.
