Warranty
	The Tactical PT750 comes with a 2-year limited manufacturers warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Items not warranted are: wheel assembly, patient restraint belt assemblies and mattress. The Tactical PT750 is warranted against manufacturers defects only. Any deviation from the stated proper usage of the Tactical PT750 voids the manufacturer's warranty.

Return Goods Authorization

Should an instance arise that you would like to return any product you may do so as long as you contact our office or individual representative first, then receive a written "Returned Goods Authorization" (RGA). An RGA received within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product(s) to your service and the product(s) are in new or like-new condition will result in a re-stocking fee of only 15% of the original purchase price. RGA's issued for product(s) after 30 days will be subject to inspection, approval and pro rata distribution of the original purchase price to the extent allowed by law.

We will accept and credit the full purchase price less 15% restocking fee for merchandise returned in new and saleable condition, within 30 days of invoice date. Credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the returned merchandise. The determination of new/resaleable condition is at the sole discretion of Tactical,Inc. It is essential that you call for an RGA, Returned Goods Authorization, prior to returning any item to ensure accurate credit to your account. The RGA is valid for up to 30 days.

	Returned goods shipments: prepaid freight by the customer.

Shipping/Invoice Discrepancies
