Warranty

The Tactical PT750 comes with a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Items not warranted are: wheel assembly, patient restraint belt assemblies and mattress. The Tactical PT750 is warranted against manufacturers defects only. Any deviation from the stated proper usage of the Tactical PT750 voids the manufacturer's warranty. Usage not in accordance with required training that results in damage to the Tactical is not warranted.

Return Goods Authorization

Should an instance arise that you would like to return your new Tactical(s) you may do so as long as you first, contact your individual representative and, second, receive a written "Returned Goods Authorization" (RGA). An RGA received within 30 days from the date of delivery of the Tactical(s) to your service and the Tactical(s) are in new condition will result in a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. Shipping costs to return a Tactical(s) is the buyers responsibility.

	Returned goods shipments: prepaid freight by the customer.

Shipping/Invoice Discrepancies
	Report all shipping and/or invoice discrepancies to your contact representative within 10 days of invoice date.
